I don't wash my hair every day because it makes it a bit dry. Every other day is good.
Always use a heat protection spray before drying you hair with a hairdryer or using tongs, straighteners etc.
Use a t-shirt instead of a towel to dry your hair. Wet strands are much more fragile and prone to breakage and the harsh fibres of a towel can be too aggressive.

I tend to give mine a quick blast with hairdryer but then let it dry naturally.
I let my hair dry naturally unless I am going out anywhere special, it keeps my hair from getting damaged.

Use an overnight hairmask once a week before shampooing in the morning, it brings back a lot of lost nutrients
A tiny amount of coconut oil will add shine to dry hair

Sounds obvious but make sure you use the correct shampoo & conditioner for your hair type.
I try to use heat on my hair no more than 2 days per week tops (less if I can get away with it)
use a heat defender product if you use straightners a lot
I always use a natural-bristle hairbrush

My tip is to to not use hair straighteners as they damage your hair.

I usually leave conditioner (usually an argan based one) in my hair when I got to bed once every two weeks to give it some extra moisture!
I find argan oil is excellent for moisturising hair
I never use high-dryers I just let my hair dry naturally, so plan ahead so you can let your hair dry naturally if possible

use a specially designed wet brush for brushing wet hair.
Try not to over wash your hair. 3 times a week is plenty and dry shampoo is ur friend.
I have mo hair to speak of. Unless you count my beard. However my wife has lush hair and i would love to treat her to you products.
Use Your hair dryer to blast cold air at the end for shine 🙂
Don't brush your hair when it's wet as it'll cause it to break.
Also sleep on a silk pillow case it really helps stop frizzy/fly away hair.

I've ditched shampoo, washing with conditioner only and no heat. I now have my curls back and less frizz!

I use headlice leave in spray spray, not only because I am a teacher but because it leaves me hair shiny.
I think it's important to dry your hair slowly. Giving it a blast with the dryer makes it flyaway and less easy to style. Obviously a regular cut is also important.
keep yourself hydrated and eat a healthy diet - a poor diet and dehydration can really effect your hair making it brittle and dull
