Beautiful and Comfy Loungewear From Femme Luxe

I have to admit, I don't treat myself to new clothing as much as I should. I'm always making sure the boys' wardrobes are updated seasonally, but I neglect my own. This is something which I'm going to be changing.

I want to try new looks and styles (I've been living in floral print dresses for the past few years and I'd like to try something new) and dress to my changing body. I've recently lost 13lbs and am feeling great in myself, so I thought I'd try some new styles of clothing.

Loungewear is something a lot of us have been living in through lockdown. Finding beautiful and comfy loungewear is easy when shopping from the likes of Femme Luxe.

Shipping was very fast - which is great if you need something quickly and they have a great selection of clothing available such as dresses, loungewear, co-ord sets, jumpers, etc.

I will admit, when ordering, I was worried about the outfits fitting my plus size frame (I usually wear between a 14 and a 16), but everything I got fit really well and was very comfortable.

I'm currently on a new lifestyle and weight loss journey and these clothes really gave me a bit of a boost as they all fit and I really loved how they looked on me. I highly recommend buying some new pieces if you're looking for a bit of a boost in your self-esteem!

I really loved the look of Femme Luxe's loungewear sets so I chose a couple from the range.

The first loungewear set I got was the beautiful blue off the shoulder knitted loungewear set - Alisa (£24.99). This is so gorgeous, it's like a stunning powder blue colour and really stands out. I absolutely love this colour and the off shoulder look is fab too. It's so comfy and the knit on it is gorgeous - I think it looks a whole lot more expensive than it actually is. 

It would be perfect for autumn through to early spring and the pieces can be worn separately too so I'll get a whole lot of wear out of this set. I love this loungewear set so much and can't wait to wear it more.

The other loungewear set I got was the pink ribbed belted loungewear set - Asia (£22.99). This is such a beautiful set and in the video I featured on my TikTok and Instagram @dollydowsie everyone loved it. 

It's such a flattering shape for someone like me who has a large chest with it's v-shaped neck. The belt is also a lovely detail and the top is a long length so it hides my stomach and I'm glad of that. It is on the see-through side on the bottoms, but is perfect for lounging around at home in.  It's really comfortable to wear and I love the ribbed details Again, the pieces can also be worn separately. This set is also available in different colours too.

Another great thing about Femme Luxe's loungewear sets is that when you find one you like there are usually other colour variations of it too, so you can buy them in different shades.

The final piece I got was the stone oversized split side knitted jumper - Lore (£15.99). This is such a beautiful jumper in such a fab neutral colour. I love the oversized fit and think it'd be beautiful over leggings or jeggings. It's so cosy and is definitely one of the loveliest jumpers I have in my wardrobe.

Femme Luxe actually have a beautiful range of knitted jumpers and I'll be adding more to my collection in time for autumn.

I'll be ordering from Femme Luxe again. I love how affordable everything else, how it fit and how fast shipping was. I'd highly recommend them if you're wanting to update your wardrobe but in a cost-effective way.
