My Weigh-In Wednesday post is a day late as I just had so much to get posted yesterday and I didn't want to bombard you all with four posts in one day, instead I opted for three, not much better but hey, what needs to be done needs to be done! This week I haven't been sticking strictly to my eating routine, mainly because I've been so busy! I had my event on Saturday so I was busy doing last minute organising on the run up to the day and began skipping meals, the only day I had a proper eating schedule was Tuesday, terrible I know but today I'll get back on track. Good thing I love the Liberte yogurts with the lemon layer because I've literally been living on them! I ran out of my Herbalife shake during the week too and haven't gotten round to getting a new tub yet so I've just been having my PHD Diet Whey but I'm happy to report that it's given my weight loss a boost. I've finally passed that mark on the scales which I couldn't get past for weeks and I'm now onto the next ten pounds to lose, it's such a fab feeling to see those scales going down to the lesser numbers so yay for that and an even bigger yay for the fact that I've lost 2 STONE!!! My centimeters have also gone down, I seem to be average a 13 centimeter loss a week which is great.
Here are my stats for week 11 -
Weight loss since last weigh-in - 2lbs
Total weight loss - 29lbs
BMI - 35
Centimeters and inches lost

13cm/5.1 inches lost off my body this week bringing my overall total to 97cm/38.1 inches lost off my body.

Waist: -1cm
Hips: -2cm
Left Leg: -4cm
Right Leg: -1cm

Right arm: Stayed the same
They say you should give yourself 12 weeks on any diet/healthy eating programme before you can see a real difference so I'm delighted that next week I reach that mark. I'm going to stick to my routine this week and see how well I can do for the three month mark. I'm definitely going to reach the 100cm loss next week so that's something to really look forward to!
I wish you every success. They say you should eat healthy food, and less of it, when you want to diet, rather than starving yourself. It's about a lifestyle choice. That stated, plain yogurt would be better than a flavoured one.
ReplyDeleteLiberte yogurt isn't flavoured Francene, it's a thick layer of plain yogurt with a lemon compote underneath. I eat them as they have almost 8g of protein, normal yogurts don't have that. My diet is all about protein.
DeleteWell done Fiona! I will be following you and your weight loss journey.
