Improving My Bladder Control and Pelvic Floor in 6 Weeks With Pelvic Power By Always Discreet {AD}

Ever since my boys were born I've suffered with poor pelvic floor health and bladder leaks. The strength of my pelvic floor was weak - it's not a muscle I had ever concentrated on exercising, and it was having an effect on the control I had over my bladder.

I was going to the toilet a whole lot more than I should have been. I'd panic when going on long journeys and not having access to a toilet. I had also felt a strange drop sensation in my pelvic floor area and it had left me feeling uncomfortable.

I thought this was just how my body would be forever after the effects of my pregnancies, but I was unaware of just how these problems could be improved with simple pelvic floor exercises.

For six weeks I collaborated with Always Discreet to help improve my pelvic floor muscle strength and my bladder control.
