It's so much easier explaining myself to the camera though and being able to talk freely about what I've been doing to lose weight these past few weeks, what has been working for me and clearly convey how much it means to me to be achieving my weight loss goals.
Last week I spoke about how I was ditching the scales, so this week I haven't weighed myself and am instead taking my measurements and letting how I feel in my clothes determine if I've lost weight or not.
This week I've lost another 8cm off my body and am delighted with this loss - all my walking paid off.
