I've recently started a little diet/fitness thing and have found that I'm sleeping much better on a night, I think it's probably because my poor limbs feel like they're ready to drop off!<br /><br />I've never understood why lavender is good for sleeping. He is just like you tosses and turns all night and sometimes is awake from 0500 in the morning. I bought Neom room spray for my pillow which helps relax me, been trying it for the boys as well but so far nothing seems to help them.
