Our Stay At Point A Hotels, Liverpool Street | Review ♥

*We were hosted by Point A Hotels in return for an honest post about our stay, however, as always, all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

Earlier this week Jacek and myself went to London to hand Tyler over to my Dad in Gatwick Airport. It was sad saying goodbye to our boy for ten days (I cried, a lot) and honestly, I think it was a great idea for us to stay over in London for the night and spend two days in the city because it really distracted me from missing Tyler.

Point A Hotels invited us to stay at their newly refurbished hotel in Liverpool Street, which is a fantastic central location for anyone wanting to stay in London. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street tube station, yet it was most probably the quietest hotel room we've ever stayed in.

The room itself was pretty basic and quite small but has everything a solo traveller or a couple need for a night's stay in London. The only thing really missing in the room was an iron, but the hotel does have an ironing room if you're in need of one.

The bed was comfortable, we had a TV and free Wi-Fi and the room came equipped with mood lighting that changed different colours - quite fun really. Our room overlooked a private courtyard garden below and we had a glimpse of the hotel's outdoor seating area where we had breakfast the day of checking out.

The bathroom was small, but again, had everything a solo traveller or couple travelling together would need - shower, bath, sink and two towels were provided to us.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and we were given a warm welcome from a lady on reception named Winnie when we arrived.

The next morning we enjoyed breakfast in the hotel courtyard garden. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, etc. to choose from.

We didn't see any hot food options available but honestly, a healthy breakfast was definitely what we needed to fulfill us before setting off to explore Mayfield Lavender Farm.

It was lovely to enjoy breakfast outside and I loved that the Point A Hotel in Liverpool Street had an outdoor area that was so quiet, despite being in central London.

Point A Hotels have hotels in various other locations around London too including Paddington and Westminster. I think the hotel on Liverpool Street is a great option for those wanting affordable, comfortable and central accommodation in London.

Rooms start at £48 per person sharing and you can book and find out more information about Point A Hotels on the Point A Hotels website.
