Hair care is something we're quite passionate about in this house - not surprising with all the curly heads we're having to care for, and I love finding brands that are perfect for hair, as well as being vegan and cruelty free.

  1. I don't wash my hair every day because it makes it a bit dry. Every other day is good.

  2. Always use a heat protection spray before drying you hair with a hairdryer or using tongs, straighteners etc.

  3. Use a t-shirt instead of a towel to dry your hair. Wet strands are much more fragile and prone to breakage and the harsh fibres of a towel can be too aggressive.

  24. I never use high-dryers I just let my hair dry naturally, so plan ahead so you can let your hair dry naturally if possible

  29. Olaplex! It has literally revive my hair completely. The new No. 6 bond smoother is a dream for my hair! Anyone who bleaches their hair needs to try it. And no, it's not an ad and I don't work for them!

  35. Don't brush your hair when it's wet as it'll cause it to break.
    Also sleep on a silk pillow case it really helps stop frizzy/fly away hair.

  50. I think it's important to dry your hair slowly. Giving it a blast with the dryer makes it flyaway and less easy to style. Obviously a regular cut is also important.

  51. keep yourself hydrated and eat a healthy diet - a poor diet and dehydration can really effect your hair making it brittle and dull
