I don't wash my hair every day because it makes it a bit dry. Every other day is good.
ReplyDeleteAlways use a heat protection spray before drying you hair with a hairdryer or using tongs, straighteners etc.
ReplyDeleteUse a t-shirt instead of a towel to dry your hair. Wet strands are much more fragile and prone to breakage and the harsh fibres of a towel can be too aggressive.

ReplyDeleteI think it's important to dry your hair slowly. Giving it a blast with the dryer makes it flyaway and less easy to style. Obviously a regular cut is also important.
ReplyDeletekeep yourself hydrated and eat a healthy diet - a poor diet and dehydration can really effect your hair making it brittle and dull
