What the Boys Wore | Rachel Riley ♥

*Beau was sent this cardigan for the purposes of this feature, however, as always, all thoughts and opinions expressed are 100% my own.

One of my favourite things about this little blog are the people and opportunities it brings into my life. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I'd be able to collaborate with some of my favourite brands and be able to share their beautiful offerings to my followers.

One of my favourite things at the moments is photographing for brands, and today's brand is one of my absolute favourites ever - designer and luxury childrenswear brand Rachel Riley.

Rachel Riley is a brand I discovered some years ago when I went in search of a winter coat for my eldest boy and I stumbled across a beautiful teal and gold duffel coat from Rachel Riley - Tyler wears it in this post from his second birthday. It was amazing and we still have it - after use of two boys! It's still in perfect condition, demonstrating just how high quality of a brand Rachel Riley is.

The clothing Rachel Riley offers is nothing short of stunning. Each piece is timeless, created to perfection and has that classic element that I love to see in children's clothing. What I also love about Rachel Riley's clothing is that the boys pieces are just as beautiful as the girls and as a mother of two boys I highly appreciate that in a children's clothing brand.

Usually boys clothing seems to be an afterthought to brands, but not with Rachel Riley's pieces. Each collection is beautiful, charming and elegant and the boys pieces are absolutely amazing. I think they're also unique as it can be hard to find good quality classically styled children's clothes - but Rachel Riley have got it so right.

I love to dress my boys in more classical styles - especially as babies and toddlers and I was delighted when Rachel Riley sent Beau a beautiful new piece to add to his wardrobe.

Beau was sent the Soldier Intarsia Cardigan (£105 and available in six months to two years) which is just beautiful with it's light grey colouring and soldier motif all around the end. It's a lovely soft cardigan and looks so smart!

I teamed this beautiful cardigan with a Peter Pan collared vest, vintage red velour shorts, white knee-high socks and t-bars for a classic look and doesn't he look darling?! I love dressing Beau like this and I think the classic look suits him so well.

This cardigan would be perfect as part of a Christmas outfit with the red trim and I think it's just fab for a little boy (or soldier loving girl!) to wear on an autumn or winters day to keep them warm and looking stylish.

If you're looking for beautiful and classic pieces for your little ones I highly recommend Rachel Riley. The collections are nothing short of stunning and are timeless heirloom pieces to treasure.
