Sundays are always a quiet day in our house. Jacek is usually working so it's just my beautiful boy and I and I like to take Sunday as a catch up day with my parents and a day for getting a few new snaps of my little pup. Sundays in spring are the best, the weather has been so good, flowers are beginning to bloom and everyone is in good spirits, especially my little Tyler Lee, who even though is feeling so unwell, enjoyed running around the garden and picking dandelions to put into the bird bath - he's such a kook! It seems that no matter what comes at this boy nothing gets him down, he always finds a reason to smile or have a little giggle to himself and his positivity is infectious.
Tyler Lee's offering the the birds!
Blue skies and blooms, is there anything more beautiful?
I'm not sure if anyone else enjoys my photography but I'm really trying to practice with my camera and capture some memories for me to remember all the good times with my son and also to document them for him when he's older and can't remember all these early years in his life and what he was getting up to. I love capturing these moments with him and Sundays are fast becoming my favourite day of the week as it's just my babe and I. Now that the weather is getting better and the days are getting warmer I'm trying to think of some ways to make these lazy Sunday's even more exciting for us both and full of fun activities. I wish I was more comfortable with driving by myself because there are so many amazing places in East Cork which we could go for a drive - I'll have to become braver!
I love having a little toddler boy. His personality is amazing and everyday is so much fun with him - if a little testing at time (those terrible two's are real people!). I think you can get a feel of how curious and funny he is from these few pictures alone. He seems to always be smiling or in his own little dream land and watching him being curious about the world around him and experiencing new things is such a joy as a parent. Even seeing him peeping through the hole in the gate to watch the dogs makes me laugh.
Sundays in spring, there's no better way to spend these days then out in the fresh air with my little love.
I just love those gorgeous curls! It's definitely different having a little boy. They are so extremely curious about everything. Your gorgeous spring flower photos remind me of here in Texas where bluebonnets grow wild along the highways. Often, there's tons of families pulled over on the side of the road snapping pictures.
ReplyDeleteThank you Stephanie! Little boys really are extremely curious but it's so lovely and funny to watch isn't it? Oh I would love to see the bluebonnets growing in Texas, I'd definitely be stopping to take pictures! :)
DeleteIt's really fun when there's a toddler at home. I remember the time when my cousins were little & they'd spend a lot of time with our family. There's so much fun in the house because of their laughter. Your little angel just looks so adorable and all your photos are postcard-perfect!
ReplyDeleteIt really is Russ! I love having a little one around because they always find a reason to smile which just brightens up the whole household. Thank you so much for your compliment about my photography, I'm glad you think that of them :)

ReplyDeleteLook at those curls!! I am so ready for some warm weather. We are having rain here for the next 4 days. Then, it is suppose to turn cold again. I am wondering if it will ever warm up.
