Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I hope you all enjoy the day of love and remember that Valentine's Day isn't just for loved up couples, single pringles can enjoy the day too and why not take the opportunity reflect on all the different kinds of love and relationships you're grateful for in your life like I did in my post
The Love Between Them & I. Writing that post made me feel incredibly lucky for all the wonderful souls I have in my life - okay, this post has become decidedly lovey dovey, very fitting though, right?!
I realised during the week that I've taken hardly any pictures of Tyler Lee this year - shame on me. I think my
#Project365 and
Living Arrows efforts last year burnt me out, plus we've both been so sick and the weather has been awful so impromptu photo sessions just haven't been on the cards. On Thursday, however, I decided to take him out to my parents house - simply because their house and garden is much more beautiful than mine - and have a little Valentine's Day themed shoot with him. Now that he's almost two (in two days *le sniff, le sob*) he doesn't cooperate with me and the camera at all, the boy never stops moving but I think I got some nice shots and he really does look like a little cupid with his blonde curls, big blue eyes and his gorgeous handmade red and white chevron cardigan and little polka-dot bow-tie, too cute!

I hope you enjoyed looking at the pictures of my little Cupid as much as I liked snapping them. I call him cupid as people have likened him to Cupid ever since his blonde curls sprouted up when he was one. People always say he looks like an angel and I love that. He's my little angel for sure. This is Tyler Lee's 2nd Valentine's Day and it's crazy to think that this day two years ago I went into labour with him. You can see his 1st Valentine's Day pictures here in

ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos Fiona! It's going to break your heart when Tyler has his hair cut though. I'm a singleton & had a wisdom tooth out yesterday so today I'm feeling sorry for myself, watching the rugby & dining on jelly and custard. Have to admit I'm thoroughly enjoying it!
