On Saturday Tyler Lee and I were with friends down in Kilnore Quay. After lunch we headed to the beach where my boy proceeded to go into the water, clothes and all and pour wet sand over his head. I don't know what he was thinking as he doesn't usually like getting really messy or dirty but he was having a ball. I caught this picture of him walking up the beach towards me, covered in sand and salt water, he's so funny.
On Sunday I caught my boy while he was sleeping. He was absolutely exhausted from the long drive home and from sharing a bed with me the two nights before. I love this picture of him, his curls piled on top of his head, his wide eyes, long lashes, rosy cheeks and pink lips, he looks so beautiful. I love how his little hand is resting on his face also.
Here is my incredibly stylish one and half year old on Monday eyeing up my Armani sunglasses, he thinks they'd look better on him... and he's probably right.
Here's my little rockstar on Tuesday, not very happy with me trying to get him to stand in one spot so I can take a picture. I love how he looks though and I'm so glad my baby leggings obsession is working out because they really suit him and his skinny little legs. All he's missing in this picture is his ukulele!
On Wednesday I caught my boy when he had gone to bed again. He refused to nap throughout the day and everything I tried - a long walk, a spin in the car, didn't work. He slept peacefully cuddled up to his Guess How Much I Love You snuggle book. It looks like he reached the end of the book too considering he left the book open on the last page. So cute!
On Thursday I captured my boys picture out in the garden. I was trying to take a picture of his outfit as I thought he was looking super cool but he wasn't letting me get it, instead he wanted to play chase and hold onto his PupPup and Hippo. I love those curls!
On Friday my boy felt like a proper little toddler to me. He was running around the garden, playing with the dog, cuddling the cat, pulling petals off flowers and was in such a happy mood. I love my little curly haired angel and I love when he's so happy and running around so joyfully.

DeleteProject 365 is something I wan to do with Connor and can't wait to start it. I'm debating on when I should through. Should I do it when he turns 2 and capture the time from 2-3 or should I do it on New Year's Day and do the entire year. I can't decide.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be lovely to start on his second birthday and see how much he grows in that year :)
