"You are the bows from which your children are sent forth" - Kahil Gibran
I am taking part in I Heart Snapping's weekly
Living Arrows project, a photography project to capture an image which
represents childhood to you through the actions, likes, dislikes, looks
and movements of your own children. Below is my picture for the twenty-fourth week of Living Arrows. A friend of mine once commented that my boy resembled Superman due to the way his hair curled in the middle of his forehead and now we have another Superman resemblance - the way he sleeps. I crept into Tyler Lee's room during the week to check on his after he had gone to bed and found him like this, he must have been flying through Dreamland, so adorable.
Childhood was an amazing time of my life. There was a no tensions, no depression. I had a lot of fun in my childhood like every kid. Thanks for sharing this post. It reminded me my old life...

He does seem to be channeling his inner Clark Kent! I do wonder why I make mine sleep in a bed sometimes as I have to put them the right way round several times a night!

ReplyDeleteI love to see childreen to sleep. It's amazing!
ReplyDeleteAww what a lovely photograph. Little J manages to get himself into all different positions when he sleeps. So cute and funny. Popping over from www.mummy2monkeys.co.uk
ReplyDeleteSo peaceful! I notice I was just here looking at his photo for the longest time. I get lost in time when I watch / look at sleeping babies =) #LivingArrows
ReplyDeleteOh goodness! That really is too cute! I hope he didn't have a dead arm in the morning though! And that his dreams were full of adventure!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a child my father always told me: I hope you dream with baby lions, baby elephathns, baby monkeys and so on. I was trying to imagine all those animals in miniature and have great fun of it. :D
