Mother & Son Quality Time ♥

As you all probably know by now I am a stay at home mother, something which is such a blessing to me as I get to see my son all day everyday, get lots of baby cuddles and witness all the fun, curious and bizarre things he does throughout the day. However, sometimes I think maybe I take our time together for granted as it is a given that we will be with each other every day, therefore, I decided it was time to do something fun together, explore new places and just spend time enjoying each others company with no distractions getting in the way of our memories. Today I took LeeLee to Fota House and Gardens, a beautiful area which isn't far from our home, it's so great to have somewhere like this so close to us. We walked the gardens, well I walked, Tyler Lee was lucky and got pushed around in his Fisher Price trike which he absolutely loves. The gardens were so quiet and the sun was shining so it really was glorious out there. He was like a little fairy man sitting on the stumps of trees which had fallen down in the bad storms we had here a few weeks back. We stopped and had lunch al fresco by the lake, this is sounding quite posh I must admit! We then took a drive to a local scenic spot, a beach which looks onto the harbour, we were the only ones there too so I definitely think the day was just made for my boy and I. He crawled along the stones again and sat playing with pebbles and seashells whilst the sun was shining onto the water, oh this boy melts my heart. It's days like this which I love the most - peaceful, sunny, warm and being in the company of the person I love most, my beautiful angel man. You can't beat mother and son quality time... ♥

I hope the weather continues being as beautiful as it was today for the rest of spring and summer. Weather like this is the perfect excuse to be outside having adventures with my babe.
