The Benefits of Drinking Lots of Water ♥

 65% of the human body is water; it's an essential item for the survival of life as you know it. This only should inspire you to pick up a glass and turn on the tap as there are a huge number of benefits associated with drinking lots of water. 

Making Tap Water Safe
Before you can look at the benefits of drinking lots of water, it's important to consider where you are getting your drinking water from.

There are three main choices available:
      The tap 
Tap water is generally considered safe to drink. However, it does have a variety of chemicals added to it; including fluoride and chlorine. While these are in very small quantities it is possible that they can have a harmful effect on some people’s health. It is also worth considering how regular the water tests are carried out as contamination may not be immediately obvious.
    The Water Cooler
Huge bottles of water are fitted to a device and allow you to dispense cold or room temperature water at will. Companies such as Aquafil.com.au specialize in this. This water is 100% safe as it is regulated and checked before leaving the factory; every drop goes through the same checking process.
    A well
If you are fortunate enough to have your own well then you can save money on water bills. However, you will also need to apply caution as the water can become contaminated and you might not know about it until it is too late.

Benefits of Drinking Lots of Water
Once you have established where you are getting your water from you can focus on drinking at least 2 liters a day. This is what scientists recommend and should give you these benefits:
  
Increased levels of energy 
 Cells are rehydrated and recharged providing you with additional energy and preventing tiredness.
  
 Weight Loss

 Your body works more efficiently when it has plenty of water in it. This encourages the organs to process waste and toxins before excreting them through your skin and urination.
  
Skin Complexion  
As water is vital to cell health it should not be surprising that drinking plenty of water hydrates cells and keeps your skin looking healthier and younger.
  
Immunity
 Water has been show to boost your immune system and aid it in its fight against foreign bodies. The result is that people who drink plenty of water are less likely to feel ill.
  
Headache relief  
Headaches are often caused by stress and dehydration. Drinking water can almost instantly solve the issue, while drinking plenty of water all the tie will stop the headache from appearing.
  
It’s Almost Free
  The cost of pouring a glass of water from a tap or buying a bottle of water s so little that you would consider it to be free. It is certainly much cheaper than purchasing virtually any other drink and healthier.
Water should be considered the natural choice for everyone because of its benefits and the fact that it's completely natural.
