What the Boys Wore | Rikiki London ♥

I like to dress my boys in a whole host of clothing styles - I feel it keeps things interesting! Honestly though, my favourite style to dress them in is the traditional and classic little boy styles of rompers, shortalls, buttoned bodysuits/shirts, knee-high socks, t-bar shoes and cardigans.

I was recently sent an outfit in this style for Beau, from Rikiki London, a website that sells high-quality children's clothes and accessories from brands across Europe. I was excited to choose an outfit for Beau as I loved the style of clothes on the Rikiki London website, but sadly, a lot of the items I loved were out of stock.

I settled on the Willy Baby Bodysuit (£28) as it looked quite smart and had a lovely little fish and clamshell design on the collar, which I thought was a lovely little detail for summer. I also chose the Pinstripes Summer Shorts (£27.50) as grey is my favourite colour (along with pink) and I think pinstripes always have such a classic look them to them. Beau is only crawling and cruising about so I was delighted that these shorts were long enough to cover his little knees. They also looked so lovely teamed with the bodysuit.

I had chosen a baby blue coloured coat to feature but instead was sent the Enzo Baby Cardigan (£38) which has a lovely charcoal grey colour that I think will be perfect for the colder autumn and winter months. I've already had people asking me on Instagram where this cardigan is from so I think it's a hit! I have to admit, I'm not too keen on dressing the baby in dark colours, but as this cardigan is age two years, he'll have plenty of time to grow into it.

All of the clothing we received from Rikiki London was of really good quality and good fitting, which was a huge plus for me as usually the more traditional/classical brands can be on the small side. The clothing Rikiki London offer is on the more expensive side of the scale, as is the case with most of the classic/traditional brands and shops. I don't mind paying the money though for pieces which I know my boys will get good wear out of and which I absolutely love.

Beau will be getting lots of wear out of his gorgeous body suit and pinstripe shorts this summer. I think it's such a lovely look for the warm, dreamy days of summer and as I said, I love that the shorts are long enough to protect his little knees whilst he's crawling around but also light enough to keep him cool from the heat.

You can browse Rikiki London's gorgeous range of children's clothing accessories on the Rikiki London website.

*We were sent clothing for the purposes of this feature, however, as always, all thoughts and opinions expressed are 100% my own.
