I've had chest pain again this week and strange occurances with my eyes - they go blurry and have like chains of prisms of colour going on continuously, as if someone has put a camera flash right next to my eyes, it's bizarre but my GP thinks it's down to my blood pressure. I've also had leukocytes in my urine but no real sign of infection so I have no idea what's going on - if there was a checklist of illnesses and symptoms that you can get during pregnancy then I'd be ticking off all the boxes!
I actually feel drained. I don't know if it's from being so ill, the weather being continuously dull and gloomy or just this time of year but I just want to sleep. I've actually felt so emotional this week so I hope next week is a lot better!
This week...
Baby is the size of an - avocado, according to my pregnancy app.
I'm looking forward to - Christmas with my boys, our last as a family of three.
My favourite moment was - doing some Christmas shopping and putting up the Christmas tree with my boys, I love all the twinkling lights!
I've been feeling - drained! I just need some sleep and to finally recover from this stupid flu.
I've been buying for baby - I've finally bought something for the baby! Well, for their nursery but it's so beautiful. It's this gorgeous cushion with blue Cath Kidston fabric and Beatrix Potter fabric showing Peter Rabbit. I think I'll put it in their cot - to be taken out when baby is sleeping, or it will go on a chair in the corner of the room.
I'm missing - a glass of white wine! Now don't get me wrong, I don't drink that much at all but I'm craving white wine, I was the same when I was pregnant with Tyler Lee!
I'm craving - still nothing, although I couldn't resist having a Wispa bar for breakfast this morning - the purple wrapping was just too much to resist!
I'm loving - having the Christmas decorations up. All the twinkling lights and pretty things just make the house all the more cosy, I love it.
I've been meaning to - begin wrapping the Christmas gifts but I've just been so tired and ill all the time that I can't even muster up the energy for it.
I can't wait for - the gender scan! We'll be booking it this week and I seriously can't wait!
Hope you're feeling better soon! Listen to your body - if you're tired, then sleep as much as you can (yes, I know it's easier said than done).
