Red Country Kitchen From Kids Play Kit ♥

I've very happy to announce that Tyler Lee and I are now official product testers for Kids Play Kit, an amazing site which offers some gorgeous toys and furniture for the little ones in your life. We were so delighted when we got the news that we had been chosen as official product testers for Kids Play Kit and were even more excited when we were offered a product of our choice to test and review. We chose the beautiful looking Red Country Kitchen and weren't disappointed when it arrived, it looked just like the pictures on the Kids Play Kit website. The kitchen is made from durable and scratch-resistant melamine, has a very realistic beech effect worktop and a beautiful little Belfast sink, it's such a lovely little kitchen too look at. The red and silver finish with the beech effect worktop makes it so lovely to look at. It's not too tall either which is great as it allows Tyler Lee to play with it freely and he absolutely loves it, especially opening and closing the oven door - little budding baker on my hands perhaps?! He doesn't have any pots or pans yet or any food pieces as I'm waiting for them to arrive for Christmas but I did give him his old baby bowls and containers and he's been having a ball putting them on the shelves, in the oven and into the sink for washing up.

The kitchen splash-back features a clock print (a clock being an essential for timing the oven!), a little tap with movable knobs, a four ring hob which also has movable knobs, two storage shelves under the sink, an oven with a perspex door and anti-finger trap technology, the oven door attaches to the kitchen with Velcro closings and the oven also has two shelves inside, perfect for storing anything your little one feels like cooking or baking!

The Red Country Kitchen is so beautiful and is a fantastic addition to Tyler Lee's room. The red colour is so eye-catching and the finish on it is so lovely, it's so life-like and looks just like a proper kitchen with all the fittings to match, only it's miniature size. Tyler Lee has been getting hours of fun out of this kitchen and has loved pretending to make his own breakfast and dinner with it. We've had so many compliments on this kitchen which goes to show just how much us parents love it too. What I love about play kitchens is that they encourage the child to role play, imitate their parents and nuture their imagination. I also love that they make children interested in cooking and baking and can spark an interest in these activities which can last a lifetime.

The Kids Play Kit Red Country Kitchen is just £90 too, a fantastic price for such a well-made, quality product which gives little ones hours of enjoyment. Kids Play Kit's kitchen and other toys are so much more affordable than other websites I've seen and as a parent on a budget (like so many others!) this is something I appreciate. This kitchen would make the perfect gift for any little one and with Christmas coming up I can see this kitchen being included on many Santa lists. The Red Country Kitchen is a toy that will last forever as it's so durable and we're so lucky to have been able to try it out and review for you all. You can see the kitchen in more detail in our YouTube review here -

You can read more about and purchase the Red Country Kitchen on the Kids Play Kit website here. Kids Play Kit offer next day delivery within the UK (unless otherwise stated). I would like to thank Kids Play Kit for letting us test out the Red Country Kitchen and for choosing us as one of their official product testers, we are beyond delighted and excited to show you all some more of their gorgeous products soon.

  16. My dad was a carpenter and made me a play kitchen similar to this when I was little. Such great memories making pretend food.

  17. This is so cute, I desperately wanted a shop or kitchen when I was younger. My dad built my sister and I a Wendy House. We used to have sleepovers in it as he made a bed, sink, two chairs and a table. It was so cute!

  24. You touched a soft spot because my favorite toy as a child was kitchen. It was from Fisher-Price I think. It wasn''t as solid as this one, but it had all the necessary tools. And it was from 20 years ago. I thing it was the last toy I've given up to about in the 3rd grade. So yeah, I really loved it. I got it as a gift from some friends we had in France, :D

  29. I love it. These wooden ones without all the bells and whistles are more fun to me than the plastic with all the lights and sounds.

  30. What a wonderful kitchen! I love that it's made of wood and so colorful and beautiful!

  31. Aww what a cute little kitchen for him!

  32. This is an AMAZING kitchen set! I would have much rather had a wood one to the plastic one that was popular when we were kids! I also love that you have this for your son - many people would say it's a "girl's toy" but I think it is important for every child to embrace all toys!
