Living Arrows - Week 23 ♥

"You are the bows from which your children are sent forth" - Kahil Gibran

I am taking part in I Heart Snapping's weekly Living Arrows project, a photography project to capture an image which represents childhood to you through the actions, likes, dislikes, looks and movements of your own children. Below is my picture for the twenty-third week of Living Arrows. I'm so glad to have another smiley picture of my boy this week, it seems like he's full of smiles these days and I just can't get enough of it. This weeks shot was taken on Thursday morning, just before we went food shopping we stopped off at a beautiful wildflower meadow where I got some beautiful shots of my boy and his daddy. I love this shot so much, his smile, his golden curls, the splashes of purple and yellow amongst the long green grass and the obvious sunlight, for me it's a perfect summers day picture made even better by the fact that it features the person I love most in the world.

  6. You'll have this photo to look back on when he's a pimply teenager, who'd just slammed the door. Hehe. Believe me, time moves to fast.
