Tyler Lee's Toddler Room Wish List ♥

We've recently moved Tyler Lee into the bigger bedroom as he's older now and the box room just wasn't big enough for him to play with his toys in there or have it decorated like we wanted. Now that he's moved in I've been sourcing some gorgeous things to make his room a playful, beautiful, imaginative and whimsical place for him to both sleep in and play in. We've decided on a rainbow and fantasy type theme taking elements from the weather, stars and books we love to read to him. I've compiled quite a large wish list and I'm hoping to tick these gorgeous items off it at one time or another. I was his ceiling and walls to be full of fun things to look at, things to catch his attention and make him dream. I would love to have the ceiling full of drop down mobiles and the walls covered in banners, stars and quotes, making his room not just a simple room but a place which promotes imaginative play and worlds of wonder. Let me show you my wish list, I can guarantee you'll fall in love with some of these beautiful things too.

This gorgeous felt rainbow mobile is from Graces Favours on Etsy and has all the elements of the rainbow/weather theme which we want to have for his room. I love this mobile and I think it represents the changeable Irish weather quite well! This beautiful mobile is 68.11 and would be a perfect addition to Tyler Lee's reading corner.

This clouds and rainbow banner from Fleur and Stitch on Etsy also embraces the weather and rainbow theme which we want to achieve in his room. I love the shape of the banner flags and the little white clouds. This banner is sure to brighten up any wall and would be perfect for hanging over his cubed white shelves which display all his toys. This banner is just 18.48.

This rainbow toddler cot bet duvet set from Lulu and Nat is something which I have just added to Tyler Lee's room. The gorgeous print on this is something which really appealed to me and is what started the whole rainbow theme in the first place. However, this set is hand-printed which does make for some slight imperfections on the rainbows, not all are the same. This set is £49.00.

This Hideout Wigwam from Great Little Trading Co. would be perfect in his reading corner with his little beanbag and some scatter cushions placed inside. The design features suns which fits in with the weather theme and this would be great for use out in the garden during summer too. This is £60 but I've just spotted that you can get an extra 10% off using the code EXTRA10, time to buy now me thinks!

This rabbit themed garland from Yellowbird Interiors fits the book quote aspect of the room theme. One of the book quotes we have is from our favourite book series for Tyler Lee 'Guess How Much I Love You' and the bunnies on this garland could pass for hares! This would look great hung over his reading area. Price on request for particular orders.

This rainbow and clouds raining hearts mobile from The Rainbow Room is absolutely gorgeous and would look great hanging down from the center of the ceiling over the rug to make it look as if it's raining in the center of the room. This charming mobile is just 36.60 which I think is a great price for something so beautiful.

This paper air balloon mobile from Mamacraft Kids on Etsy is so whimsical and beautiful. I love the drop down clouds and the rainbow colours of the hot hair balloons. This is something we've already gotten for his room and this mobile will hang over his cot. This was just 18.00 which is such a bargain.

This fairy ring rug with speckled toadstools  from If Wishes Were Ponies is perfect for the fantasy theme we want to incorporate into the room, The speckled toadstools can be made in any colour and the wool grass is super soft, perfect for Tyler Lee to play on. This would go really well with his fairy door too. This rug starts at $89.99.
Here is another super sweet mobile only this one is musical too, this is the sun and rainbow clouds mobile from Twins and Crafts. This would also look lovely over Tyler Lee's cot and play him sweet melodies as he drifts off to sleep. This musical mobile is 59.15 which is a great price considering that it's handmade.

These cloud and moon LED lights are available on Ebay I've also seen them on another well-loved website but they're selling them off for a lot more. As these are LED and cool to touch when lit up I thought these would look great wrapped around the cot when his bunting is, these would be lovely to look at whilst drifting off to sleep. These are 12.94 plus postage.

This is one of the wall quote stickers we have already gotten Tyler Lee. This is from our favourite book series for him 'Guess How Much I Love You' and I think it's so sweet! This is also from Ebay and was a complete bargain at just €4.60. This is going to go on the wall above his cubed shelving units which are next to his reading corner - a perfect place for a book quote!

As you can see since I first began writing this post I've gotten in gear and purchased a few of these beautiful items which I was lusting over for my babes room. Hopefully, in time, I'll be able to cross the rest of the items off the list, I may even have a wish list part two because I keep discovering gorgeous things to add to his room. I will have an update on Tyler Lee's room once I have it somewhat completed. Do you like the things I've picked out?
