Cork Beauty Blogger Meet Up - FOTD & Hair ♥

This is my final post on the Cork Beauty Blogger Meet Up which I attended on December 7th and I wanted to show you all the makeup and outfit I wore and how I styled my hair. Seriously, going to an event like this it is so hard to try and figure out how to do your hair, your makeup and what to wear, afterall, you're going to be in the company of fellow beauty enthusiasts so you must impress. I have to say everyone looked stunning on the day, the makeup was done to perfection and everyone's outfit was lovely.

As for my hair, I couldn't wear my hair extensions as they're no longer a colour match for my current hair which is bleached blonde with hints of pink so I decided to curl it using my Remington Pearl Wand. I love the effect this wand gives to my hair, the curl it gives is so pretty, I just wish it would stay in my hair! As they day went on my curls turned to waves but I've been well informed that this is bang on trend so hey, how bad?! I wanted to wear something comfy as I knew we'd be standing for a long time throughout the day but I also wanted to look pretty so I wore my pink floral dress, a black cardigan - you can't go wrong with a black cardigan, tights and studded boots all accessorised with a black studded handle bag, my new fairy necklace and a studded bracelet from New Look - as you can see studs were the theme of the day for me! As for my makeup, probably the most important element for a beauty blogger, I prepped my skin with Benefit's 'Pore-Fessional' primer, I used L'Oreal's 'True Match' foundation and MAC's 'Gentle' blusher. For the eyes I used L'Oreal's Color Riche Eyeshadow Palette in 'Absolutely Taupe', Maxfactor's Lash Silks Mascara, a plum coloured eyeliner pencil from Sephora and MAC's eyebrow pencil in 'Dirty Blonde' to fill in my brows. I finished this look with MAC's 'Up the Amp' lipstick which I then topped with MAC's 'Sunny Seoul' lipstick, I love mixing colours.

Stay pretty people!
