My Healthy Living Adventure - Days 4 & 5 ♥

I am posting this a bit late as I had a very busy week last week which made blogging impossible. Also Tyler is sick since last Tuesday so it has been hard to get anything done as he needs my full attention at this time. I continued the diet and fitness workouts for five days as I had a family meal on Saturday that I had to attend and treated myself to a dessert. On Sunday I had a proper dinner but still stuck to my high protein breakfast of two hard boiled eggs and a slice of dry toast. Here were my meal plans for days four and five -

Day 4
Breakfast:  1 slice of dry toast and 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch:   Any amount of fresh fruit - I had a smoothie as I was out
Dinner:  2 chicken breasts, a pepper and a red onion.

Day 5 
Breakfast:  1 slice of dry toast and 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch:  2 hard boiled eggs and tomatoes
Dinner:  Tuna and salad

I weighed myself at one of clock on Friday and after just four days of dieting I had lost 6lbs! I couldn't believe it! All my hard work and effort in not giving into my chocolate cravings had worked.

I have taken four days off this diet and shall continue again on Wednesday. I am still having a high protein breakfast and dinner but I have not been at home so I am opting for a smoothie or another healthy option when out. I have not had any sweets or chocolate except for my dessert at the family meal. I'm pleased that it's all going so well and that I have actually seen results.
