So it's day three of my diet and I'm sorry to say it's the hardest day I've had so far, I am starving! Someone told me that once you get to day three you'll begin to fantasise about the foods you can't have and they weren't wrong! I am dying to have a proper dinner but I am going to stick in out until Saturday as I am going out for a meal so that will be my treat day. Tomorrow and the rest of the diet meal plans should be easy as you have a proper breakfast and dinner which won't leave me starving, plus I can have as much fruit as I want for lunch, bring on tomorrow! Here was the meal plan for today -
Breakfast: 1/2 a Grapefruit and 1 Boiled Egg
Lunch: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and Salad
Dinner: 2 Roasted Chicken Fillets and Steamed Veg
I have my dinner cooking as we speak and can't wait until it's done. For the past four days I have not been eating anything after six of clock and I honestly haven't missed munching on anything during the evenings, I only seem to be hungry in the afternoons. I did my workout again after my breakfast today and I am actually enjoying it, it's so easy to do but I feel the effects afterwards on my legs which is great. One more day down four to go!
