I got through day one of the diet! I'm actually surprised that I made it through as my will power is non existent and my fiance had made spaghetti bolognese, one of my favourite dishes, but I did it! I think the rest of the week will be easier to get through now as day one always seems to be the hardest when it comes to these things. I have already had my breakfast and have done my twenty-five minute aerobic exercises which I shall complete again tonight. Using my ShapeUp Club app on my phone I calculated that I've already burnt off the calories I ate for breakfast from my exercises. Here's the menu for today and I'm delighted to be seeing meat on there today!
Breakfast: Grapefruit and 1 Boiled Egg
Lunch: Roast Chicken (any amount) and Tomatoes
Dinner: Grilled Steak and Salad
I have also been drinking four + pints of water, more than I have ever drank before in one day. I'm hoping to start feeling and seeing some results of this diet soon. From the comments I have read from people have completed day one and two some already reported losing 5lbs! I'm not going to weigh myself until Monday so I shall have to wait and see.
